Ya know what’s funny about that proposition? It says nothing about non-SF residents possessing firearms and ammunition. Only residents.

So basically, I can go there with my heater in my car. After all, I’m a non-resident.

If I’m a resident, I can say the heck with it, and move out of city. Then I would be perfectly ok to carry (but not concealed, as CA is not a “shall issue” state).

Hopefully, SCOTUS will knock that one out. If they don’t, it could be a prelude to Civil War II.

This is brazen as hell. Basically, they got together and said, “F*** the Constitution.”

I think I’m going to buy 500 rounds of .308 ammo this weekend.
